Poultry breast rolls with carrot and egg


We start by boiling a thin and long carrot for 10 minutes. We boil separately, an egg, which we boil hard.

Half a large breast is cut in half, but not completely, so as to obtain a large piece of meat, unwrap it, beat it with a meat hammer, pepper it, salt it, then place the boiled carrot, the cleaned egg and cut into 4 lengthwise. De data aceasta, am o reteta care nu ia prea mult timp gospodinelor, iar rezultatul este spectaculos, aducand o pata de culoare la masa de Paste, alaturi de alte aperitive si bucate traditionale.

Rulouri din piept de pasare cu morcov si ou

Ingredient:
1/2 piept de pasare dezosat,
1 ou fiert tare,
1 carrot,
patrunjel si marar verde,
piper, sare.

Method of preparation:
Incepem prin a pune la fiert un morcov subtire si lung timp de 10 minute. Punem la fiert separat, un ou, pe care il fierbem tare.

Punem verdeata tocata marunt de-a lungul morcovelui si oului. Rulam carnea si o invelim in staniol pe care il sucim la capete si punem pieptul astfel rulat intrun vas cu apa care fierbe.
