Ingredients for Cooking Sour Cream

Cooking sour cream:

Step 1: Cook the dough.

In a classic recipe, sour cream and sugar are added to the dough. But instead, I add the condensed milk, so the cake is tastier. So, the first thing we need to beat eggs with margarine in a deep bowl with a mixer, only first you need to melt the margarine. Then add the condensed milk, and again whisk with a mixer. Add the baking powder to the dough and begin to gradually pour the flour, while mixing everything well with a spoon. The result should be something like a thick sour cream. Divide into two parts. Pour cocoa into one part, and mix well with a spoon. Then add flour to each bowl, and knead a soft, plastic dough. We set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We should have 6 cakes: 3 white and 3 chocolate. It turns out that we need to divide both parts into three more pieces. The dough should be put in the refrigerator for 15 minutes so that it hardens a little. After that, we begin to roll cakes. They need to be pierced in some places with a fork, so that when baking there is no air left inside. We take a baking dish, grease it with a piece of butter, and put cakes on it, which we will bake in the oven over medium heat at 180 degrees for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare the cream.

While the cakes are baking, we can start making the cream. To do this, we need to beat sour cream with sugar with a mixer. Beat, it is necessary until a fluffy mass is obtained. You can add vanilla sugar to the cream. But I usually do without him.

Step 3: Cook the Sour Cream.

As soon as the cakes are baked, it is necessary to cut off the sides from them, equalizing to a plate, and then grease with a cream, alternating them: first chocolate, then white, etc. Grind the cake slices in a blender and sprinkle the cake on them from the sides. If there is no blender, you can just finely chop them. We decorate the cake on top with chocolate icing. To do this, mix in a bowl with a fork, butter with sugar and cocoa. Add milk and set on fire. We wait until it boils, stirring constantly. Let the icing cool and grease the cake with it. Ready Sour cream should be refrigerated for 2 hours so that it is saturated.

Step 4: Serve the Sour Cream.

So, Sour cream is ready. We can make aromatic coffee or tea and invite guests to the table. Enjoy your meal!
