Cooking shrimp fries:

Step 1: prepare the mixture for dipping.

In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs and salt well. In the second we pour flour, in the third - ground crackers.

Step 2: prepare to fry the shrimp.

Ideally, they should be already cleaned. If not, you have to do it yourself. And now we dip each shrimp in the egg mixture, then in the flour, again in the egg mixture and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Step 3: deep-fry them.

By this time, vegetable oil should already be heated in our pan. Which one? Better, of course, olive. But if not, ordinary vegetable is quite suitable. Dip the shrimp into it and fry in a large amount of oil until they turn golden in color. Are you done? We remove them from deep fat - and on a paper towel. Let it absorb excess fat.

Step 4: serve to the table.

Ready shrimp left to lay on lettuce leaves and decorate them with lemon slices and olives. Eat shrimp with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!

- - Shrimps for this dish are best taken raw, chilled. Their taste is more tender.

- - Pay attention to the size of the shrimp. It is written on a pack. Best suited is 16/20. The larger the numbers on the pack, the smaller the shrimp.
