Using a fork, crush the cheese and mix it with the finely chopped green dill.
We wash the chicken breast well, we beat it then we cut it a little and we make a pocket for it which we fill with the mixture of telemea and dill.
Squeeze the chicken breast a little so that the cheese mixture does not come out, especially while it is cooking.
We clean the onion, wash it and cut it in four. Place in the pan greased with a little oil the stuffed chicken breast, onion and cherry tomatoes washed well before.
Season the chicken breast with a little delicacy and rosemary.
Put the tray in the oven and bake at 180C. From time to time we take out a little and sprinkle the meat with the leftover juice. Leave in the oven until nicely browned.
I didn't like the cheese mixture in the tray at all. Everything turned out delicious and fragrant!
