Bee Salad


Ingredients for the preparation of salad "Bee"

Cooking Bee Salad:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.

To start, the chicken should be thoroughly washed under running water, then drained with a kitchen paper towel. We put it in a pan and pour boiled water so that all the meat is covered with liquid. We put the pan on medium heat, when the water boils, it needs a little salt. Cook the fillet for 15-20 minutes. Then it must be cooled and cut into small cubes. If the Korean carrot is too long in shape, then it should also be chopped a little. Rinse the chicken eggs underwater, put them in a saucepan and pour water on top, cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes, until fully cooked. After that, peel them and cut them into small cubes. Rinse the orange under water, peel and excess films, cut into cubes. Grate the cheese. Arrange all the ingredients in different bowls and plates.

Step 2: Laying The Layers

On a wide flat plate, lay the layers of salad as follows: 1 layer - chicken fillet, generously brush with mayonnaise. 2 layer - Korean carrots. 3 layer - eggs and grease well with mayonnaise. 4 layer - orange. 5 layer - hard cheese, grease well with mayonnaise. It is important to give the salad the correct, beautiful and even form. You can do this with a tablespoon.

Step 3: Decorate.

Cut the olives in half along the berry, then cut each half across into several parts, now begin to form the body of the bee. Wings can be made from a quail egg, cut into thin circles. Sweet bell pepper cut into triangles and spread around the plate, they will create the impression of bright flower petals.

Step 4: Serve the Bee Salad.

You can leave the finished salad for 20 minutes so that it is well saturated. Then it can be served at the festive table. Good appetite!

Recipe Tips:

- - Sweet bell pepper can be replaced with a tomato if desired. Just keep in mind that the tomato should not be overripe, but fresh and dense, not fall apart when sliced.

- - Quail eggs can also be replaced with, for example, radishes. And if it is thinly cut, then the wings of a bee will look much more elegant.

- - Orange can be replaced with pineapple or not at all in a salad.
