Broccoli Fritters

Ingredients for making broccoli fritters

Cooking broccoli fritters:

We take a deep pan, collect water into it, add salt to it and put it on the stove. After the water boils, put the broccoli in the pan. Cook over medium heat for no more than 5-6 minutes. Do not overdo it over time, as long cooking can destroy most of the vitamins, and worsen the taste. Surprisingly, it is a fact: this type of cabbage contains a huge amount of vitamins A, C, E, B1, PP. Moreover - it contains minerals useful for the body, such as potassium, calcium, iron, sodium and much more. And this is very useful for the child, as these components not only strengthen the bones, but also support the immune system as a whole!

Step 3: chop the broccoli.

We drain the water from the pan and put the broccoli in a colander. Let the water drain. We put cabbage in a deep bowl. Grind it with a blender or mashed potato pusher. In appearance the consistency should look like mashed potatoes with lumps. Do not grind broccoli to a very liquid state. Do not forget - we are preparing first of all pancakes, not soup.

Step 4: The first steps in preparing a mixture for broccoli fritters.

Broccoli is done. Only a few steps are left to the final result. Add milk. It should be cold and not boiled. Fresh milk will make our mixture much softer and with more calories.

Serve "green miracle" with sour cream, decorating with herbs. As a side dish, you can use boiled vegetables or porridge of any kind.
